The following cancellation rules apply for conferences with up to and including 99 participants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. In the event of cancellation later than four (4) weeks before the start of the conference, the Ordering Party shall compensate the Framework Agreement Supplier with 75% of the agreed price. However, this only applies on the condition that the Framework Agreement Supplier, despite reasonable efforts, has not been able to resell part or parts of the ordered Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. In the event of cancellation later than two (2) weeks before the start of the conference, the Ordering Party shall fully compensate the company the agreed price.
